  1. Thanks Gary, you showed me a path to get myself out of the confusion state. These days I am just confused what I have to do and what I need to do. Everyday new ideas and new strategies come into my mind. I guess I better start document them.

  2. Start now. You'll feel like you're failing for a while, but every small failure or 'unsuccessful' move is developing your ability and refining your craft. Ira Glass' talk on the creative process talks about the gap between creators' taste and their ability (which makes everyone feel like failing idiots), and as they grow, learn, and progress, their ability grows, but so does their taste, keeping the feeling of 'not good enough' present. The gap will never be gone, you just have to keep fighting. You only get one life.

  3. "I want to stick to what makes me happy." Indeed, why do we need to always go on to whatever path people lay us. I mean, let's walk on our real journey. Let's not give a piece of vegetable thought of other's discouragements.

  4. I recently jumped on the document train and its crazy how much more motivated and inspired I have become in striving for my goals. If you are doing the same or thinking about it, please reach out. I'd love to connect!

  5. Thank you for posting this! I just quit my job and and going out on my own, no real plans or anything, just doing! My youtube follows my journey, including learning how to video edit 🙂 I just want to help people and show them we don't have to be scared.

  6. Gary gave me the kick in the ass to start my journey. Its interesting because I always think about stuff like "that isnt interesting enough" but im going to listen and document instead of crushing my brain to "create" a vid.

  7. To document I'm going to start daily vlogging again!

This time I'll be putting out more content related to my life and starting a business at 18 years old.

Drop in every now and then and watch!

  8. I have seen prolly a 5% growth overall just over the last few weeks since i started posting regular content. people who are inspired by you in any way will want to follow you and cannot wait until you post your next video. It is like magic haha

  9. Maybe I'm taking the 'document' thing way too far but…

I put a camera inside my office and LIVE streaming my work life. Growing my house flipping business in California.

It's kinda embarrassing and scary at the same time but thank you for this message!

  10. SOOOOOOOOOOO thankful for you introducing me to this thought a few months back! It has liberated my reservation of needing to create epic viralable content! I'm not where I want to be with the quantity of documents yet but the snowball has started to roll. Thank you! xoxo #love #gratitude

  11. Very interesting! I never had this perspective before in terms of content creation. Document, document, document. I also like that Gary said how people are "planning, thinking, strategizing, pondering…, but they aren't starting." Just START.

  12. You are the most influential man I have ever come across. Feels like a turning point in my life since finding your videos. I will report back soon on my progress. I just gotta start and now is the time to do so. Execution is the game.
