Lisa Riley Reveals Her Ultimate Weight Loss Tip: “I Had Tried Everything!”

Lisa Riley has appeared on This Morning with and given her ultimate weight loss tips.

Given that the former Emmerdale actress has been on a huge body journey and lost eight dress sizes, going from a size 12 from a 28, she’s someone that we’ll definitely listen to when it comes to diet tips.

Lisa’s ultimate tip is to keep a food diary, marking down exactly what you eat and how much of it so you can become more aware of where you’re doing wrong with your diet.

She told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield : “The honesty diary is the start.

“Every single thing I consumed, I wrote down. I realised it was too much.

“Then the change happens and I started getting smaller and smaller and it started getting addictive, in a good way.”

Lisa also revealed that she had a stone and a half left of excess skin when she had lost the weight.

Speaking about her change in diet, Lisa reveals that she now has “zero rubbish” after making drastic changes to the way she lives.Lisa’s now a gym bunny and has dropped 12 stone in weight

Lisa previously serialised her diet book, Lisa Riley’s Honesty Diet, in the Mirror.

In it she revealed how getting surgery for her saggy skin left over from her weight loss taught her that she wants to be a mum one day.

Now that she’s lost 12st 7lb, given up the booze and cigarettes, and found the man of her dreams, Lisa is not ruling out having a baby.

And she says she may even consider IVF treatment.
